# How do I copy my trades using the FX Blue Personal Trade Copier?

Strategy Samurai is designed to be compatible with the [FX Blue Personal Trade Copier](https://www.fxblue.com/appstore/2/mt4-personal-trade-copier). You can link your text file of approved magics to the FX Blue Personal Trade Copier to copy and filter magics in real-time! The text files are written to the sub directory you specify in the "**Sub directory**" input in Strategy Samurai. If you leave the input blank, the files will be written to the base directory "**Blue Capital Trading - Strategy Samurai**" which is located in your **\MQL4\Files** directory.

### Download, install and configure the FX Blue Personal Trade Copier

First you need to navigate [here](https://www.fxblue.com/appstore/2/mt4-personal-trade-copier) and download and install the FX Blue Personal Trade Copier following the FX Blue instructions. Once installed and you have applied the FX Blue Personal Trade Copier Sender Expert Advisor to the chart you to specify the file path for the **IncludeMagicNumbers** input. The default format to read from a file is the following:

file:mylist.txt
```

Because Strategy Samurai has its own directory you need to add in the folder path and any sub directory if you specified one in the "**Sub directory**" input. You also need to change the filename to whatever you have specified in "**Approved magic list filename**" input, like this:

```
file:Blue Capital Trading - Strategy SamuraiApprovedMagicList.txt
```

or

```
file:Blue Capital Trading - Strategy SamuraiSubDirApprovedMagicList.txt
```

Your settings in the FX Blue Personal Trade Copier Sender Expert Advisor should look something like this:
