# Where are Strategy Samurai’s files located?

All of Strategy Samurais files are located in the "**Blue Capital Trading - Strategy Samurai**" folder in the **\MQL4\Files**directory of your MetaTrader installation.

If you have specified a sub directory in Strategy Samurai's **"Sub directory"**input in the settings, the files will be created in that sub directory.

N.B. If you change file names for the approved lists or you change the sub directory, the old files will remain and will need to be deleted manually (if required).
